Service Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. I provide Full-time care and Part-time care. I am
open Monday through Friday only.
Attendance: Unless it has been agreed upon in writing, the normal fee for childcare services is due
regardless of whether the child has attended daycare during the agreed upon hours. This includes payment for holiday's
that the day care is closed.
Payments & Fees: Payments are due on the agreed day of the week. Checks and Cash are
accepted for payments. If a check is returned I do have a $30.00 fee and I will no longer accept check payments from
the parents. Fees are based upon the age and the time that the child is in my care.
Age: 6 Weeks to 12 Years Old
INFANTS: $175.00 A WEEK/FULL TIME CARE/$45.00 A DAY/PART TIME CARE
TODDLERS: $175.00 A WEEK/FULL TIME CARE/$45.00 A DAY/PART TIME CARE
PRE-SCHOOL : $160.00 A WEEK/FULL TIME CARE/ $35.00 A DAY/PART TIME CARE

CHILDREN - I do Before and After school for Crystal Lawns in Plainfield, IL. $80.00 a week.
